  • Rendered mortgage and investment advice and education to individuals and corporations.  

  • Created asset allocations and executed strategies to protect and grow wealth in real estate.

(2003 – 2010)

  • Real Estate Finance Advisor

  • The “preferred in-house” lender for 8 builder accounts, Director of Builder Accounts at AmeriCorp Funding.

  • Managed a team of loan officers, teaching them a curriculum personally developed for managing the loan process for my builder portfolio. 

E&S Ring

  • Asset Management Advisor

  • Created efficiencies for the $250,000,000 flagship portfolio apartment property.  

Builder

(1996 – 2008)

  • Built or remodeled seven homes, including all aspects of the projects from inception through completion.  

  • Worked as the general contractor on all projects, including hiring all sub-contractors.  
  • Performed all aspects of interior and exterior design.

The Walt Disney Company

(1993-1995)

  • Manager, Consumer Products, TV and Filmed Entertainment

  • Managed business planning, product development, marketing and sales of 30 product categories across thousands of SKUs.

  • Produced merchandise for the national marketplace to support 25 film and TV properties.  

  • Created brand and product marketing, advertising, and sales strategies, including market research, creative development, and retail placement.  

  • Planned and promoted events to support the brands to generate excitement from and maximize outreach to retail outlets, including Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Macy’s, etc.

  • Educated over 200 licenses on the marketing strategy of each new film and television property, teaching strategy, and execution model that needed to be learned and followed.

  • Account Executive  

  • Primary accounts, Colgate-Palmolive and Metropolitan Life; and new client pitches.

  • TV, print, radio, national promotions, and numerous outdoor pieces, all from strategy formation through concept development, to focus on group research and full-up production. 

  • Managed team of 35 across various disciplines: creative, media, production, etc.

Tuck Stuff

(1991 – 1992)  

  • Creator and Co-Owner of  TuckStuff, while an MBA student at The Tuck School at Dartmouth. 

  • Created product line of 20 products.

  • Led all aspects of strategy, operations, design, marketing, promotion, and accounting.

US Department of Treasury 

(1988-1990)

  • Economist, Domestic Finance  

  • Researched and completed quantitative analysis of domestic financial policy positions. 

  • Prepared policy briefings for the Secretary of Treasury and for presentations to Congress.

  • Hired via the “Outstanding Scholar” Federal Program for top 10% of new college graduates.
