Stakeholder wanted a profitable program that would sustain profitability over time.

Dr. Jane analyzed the current situation and took the following actions:

  • A full re-design of the existing online MBA curricula to be intentionally relevant, and in alignment with, the needs of modern student learners, while developing the core skills sets and knowledge base fit for a 21st century MBA graduate.

  • A program that encourages prospective student enrollment, and thus market share increases, driving profitability.

We  undertook a Competitive Analysis of 10 profitable competitors. Thus, the new MBA we created aligned against the following metrics:

A University closed doors suddenly.  Subject University was approved to do the teach out. They needed to quickly re-build the courses for the teach out with an added eye on developing the courses to also continue to grow the BSBA going forward.
